SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

We ship domestically and internationally. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details. Shipping times may vary by region.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are not included in product or shipping prices. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned; shipping costs are non-refundable.

SECTION 7 – RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns except in cases of damage or defect.

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original packaging and tags attached.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Proof of postage is strongly recommended.

If the damaged item is sold out, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
