Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey directly. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
At this time, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or does not meet our quality standards. To submit a quality claim, please email us at info@shophdstudios.com with the following:

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for inspection and processing. During sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the return is approved.
Return Conditions
For a return or exchange to be considered, all items must meet the following criteria:
